Do I get after-hours service?

Yes, but only Premium and Elite plans include waived after-hours service charges.

What happens if I miss a visit?

Visits do not carry over; we do our best to get them done within the year.

Is the membership transferable?

Yes - if you move within our service area or want to pass it to the next homeowner.

How do I cancel?

Give us 30 days' notice before your renewal date.

What happens if I don't use my tune-up?

Unused tune-ups expire at the end of your membership term. No credits or rollovers are offered.

Do I still pay monthly if I haven't booked service yet?

Yes. Memberships run on a 12-month billing cycle and are not tied to the visit date.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

No. You may cancel at renewal with 30 days' notice, but plans run continuously for one year.

What if I move out of your service area mid-year?

If moving within our area, we can transfer your plan. Otherwise, the plan ends with no refund.

Are parts and repairs fully covered?

No, but you receive a discount (5%-15%) depending on plan. It is not a full warranty plan.

How do I use my free diagnostic (Elite Plan)?

One diagnostic visit per year is included. Let us know you are an Elite member when calling.

When should I add extras like fireplace or tankless service?

Add-on services should be selected at time of enrollment for proper scheduling and billing.

What is the $100 equipment credit in Comfort Elite?

Every year you are enrolled in Comfort Elite, you receive a $100 credit toward a new furnace, A/C, or heat pump installation.

What does "No after-hours charge" mean?
