I gave Andrew a call and left a voice mail when my furnace failed to give out hot air. Andrew was quick to reply to my call and he came to check out my furnace within 2 hours of my call to him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a fix and proceeded with solving the problem. He was very good at explaining the problem to me and we even discussed the cause of the issue so that such a problem could be avoided in the future. While waiting for the furnace to heat up, he even took care of a housekeeping task that I had failed to do. Andrew was a thorough professional and completed the HVAC as part of our main floor renovation.

He worked out solutions to our satisfaction in rerouting the supply & returns to ensure no bulkheads in our open floor concept.

We also used his services to install a power vent water heater.
